Paris Air Show

Paris Air Show

Paris Air Show is the one place where the whole world of aerospace comes together – the leading international event for the aviation, aeronautics and space industries. Dedicated to the full range of aerospace business activities – from parts suppliers to aircraft manufacturers – it’s the professional show ‘par excellence’.

The International Paris Air Show is held at Paris-Le Bourget – Europe’s biggest for business aircraft – and the adjacent exhibition grounds. It first started in 1908, when, at the Grand Palais, Gustave Rives set up an aeronautical exhibition as an annex to the 11 th motor show of which he was an originator. Ever since Paris Air Shows prove to be the most breath-taking Paris events, and the words: ”Air Paris” – are most commonly used in certain fields and industries all year round.

For its last edition, in 2003, the Paris Air Show continued its leadership in the international air show circuit. 1,728 exhibitors, representing 41 countries displayed their products and services for over 94,000 trade visitors coming from all over the world (141 countries). Since it’s first edition in 1909, the Paris Air Show has proven to be a must for the related professions.
