The building is accessed via an entrance code and intercom. Although the above-ground electric subway passes in the street below the apartment, very little noise travels up to the 7th floor.

There is a dining table for four people and a coffee table, sofa, and two armchairs from the 30s. There is a fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen, done in white tile, is equipped with a large refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There is a small eating area. The window overlooks the interior garden and the Eiffel Tower. There is one double bedroom queen-size bed with two bedside tables, a beautiful chest of drawers, a large closet, and a window with balcony overlooking the interior garden and the Eiffel Tower. There is an en suite bathroom with a window, a single red marble sink, tub handheld shower head note there is medium to low water pressure, and bidet.
